What we collect
Your email address and password hash for your account, the documents you upload for sending, the recipient's fax number and optional cover details, and order and delivery records.
How documents are used
Documents are used only to transmit the fax you paid for. They are stored in our database with your order.
We email verification links and order updates only. We do not sell your address.
Retention
Retention periods for uploaded documents are not yet finalised. Do not upload documents you need us to delete immediately until this policy is published.
